These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Lawraze LLC (“Lawraze,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Lawraze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Company Information

Lawraze is operated by Lawraze LLC, a company registered in the United States. The Company provides technology solutions designed to assist legal professionals in managing their practice more efficiently through digital tools and automation. If you have questions about these Terms or the Services, you may contact us using the information provided at the end of this document.

2. Eligibility

To use Lawraze, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. The Services are intended primarily for legal professionals, law firms, and individuals authorized to manage legal matters. By using Lawraze, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations relevant to your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

Lawraze provides a cloud-based legal practice management platform that enables users to organize client information, manage cases and matters, store documents, automate workflows, track tasks, and analyze practice performance. The platform may also include automation or intelligent tools designed to improve productivity and reduce administrative workload.

Lawraze is strictly a technology provider. The Company does not offer legal advice, legal representation, or professional services of any kind. Any decisions made using the platform remain solely the responsibility of the user.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify Lawraze immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach. Lawraze will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to maintain proper security measures.

5. User Data and Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all information, documents, and content uploaded or stored within the platform. This includes client data, case information, legal documents, notes, and communications.

By using Lawraze, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. Lawraze does not claim ownership rights over your data and will not use it for purposes unrelated to platform functionality.

6. Confidentiality Responsibilities

Lawraze provides secure infrastructure designed to support confidential information storage. However, you remain solely responsible for maintaining compliance with your professional confidentiality obligations, including attorney-client privilege requirements and applicable ethical rules.

You acknowledge that Lawraze is not a law firm and does not participate in attorney-client relationships. The responsibility for safeguarding confidential information rests with you.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Certain features within Lawraze may include automation or AI-assisted functionality intended to improve efficiency. These tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

You acknowledge that automated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors and must always be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance. Lawraze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any automated results and shall not be responsible for decisions made based on such outputs.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with system functionality, or use the Services in violation of applicable laws or professional regulations.

Lawraze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use requirements.

9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial

Lawraze may offer subscription-based access to the Services, including a free trial period. After the trial period ends, your account may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Lawraze does not store complete payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. At this time, Lawraze does not provide refunds except where required by law. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics tools. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Lawraze is not responsible for the operation, availability, or practices of third-party services.

11. Data Processing and Security

Lawraze acts as a data processor for information uploaded by users and implements commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

These measures may include encryption, secure infrastructure, authentication controls, and monitoring systems. However, no technology system can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Lawraze may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve functionality, analyze usage patterns, and enhance user experience. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to the use of such technologies as described in our policies.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, design, branding, logos, and content, are owned by Lawraze LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

14. Service Availability

Lawraze strives to maintain reliable and continuous service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in downtime.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue features without liability.

15. Termination

Lawraze may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to meet payment obligations, engage in unlawful activity, or pose a security risk.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, access to your data may be removed after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawraze LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or legal outcomes arising from use of the Services.

The total liability of Lawraze for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company during the twelve months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawraze LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your data, violations of law, or breach of these Terms.

18. International Use

Although Lawraze operates from the United States, the Services may be accessed globally. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of data in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.

19. Modifications to Services or Terms

Lawraze may update these Terms or modify the Services from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
